You’ll have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact — they handle coordination, reporting, and communication so you don’t have to chase multiple people. By default, we provide weekly status updates that cover what’s been completed, what’s in progress, and any decisions or feedback we need from you. If you prefer daily async check-ins, bi-weekly reviews, or live sprint ceremonies through your own tools (Slack, Notion, Jira, Figma — whatever you use), we’ll match your workflow. The goal is that you always have clear visibility into where things stand, without the updates becoming another thing to manage.
