By default, we provide weekly status updates that cover what’s been completed, what’s in progress, and any decisions or feedback we need from you. If you prefer daily async check-ins, bi-weekly reviews, or live sprint ceremonies through your own tools (Slack, Notion, Jira, Figma — whatever you use), we’ll match your workflow. The goal is that you always have clear visibility into where things stand, without the updates becoming another thing to manage.

In most cases, we can have the right designer ready to start within a week of our initial call. Because our designers are pre-vetted — they’ve already proven their skills through portfolio review and internal assessment — there’s no lengthy recruitment process on your side. We begin with a short discovery conversation to understand your brand, your tools, and what needs to get done, then match you with the best-fit person from our team. Once you’ve confirmed the match, onboarding is handled by our project manager, and your designer can be contributing within days.
